A Fresh Brew for Princeton!
It's official! Princeton has a new place to grab your morning coffee, enjoy a quick breakfast, or meet up with friends. Tim Hortons officially opens its doors today, November 3rd, bringing another familiar Canadian favourite to the heart of our community. Located at 245 Vermilion Avenue, the new restaurant marks an exciting addition to Princeton's local business landscape. Whether you're stopping in for your morning Double-Double, picking up a box of Timbits, or grabbing a quick bite on the go, there's now another convenient option for residents and visitors alike.A Local Connection Behind the Investment
An important part of bringing this new business to Princeton was the involvement of Lee Mowry of Century 21 Horizon West Realty. Lee played an integral role in helping facilitate the property acquisition and bringing this exciting business opportunity to the community. It's another example of how local real estate professionals contribute beyond traditional property transactions, helping connect investors and business opportunities with the communities where they can thrive.
Another Positive Step for Princeton
New businesses choosing to invest in Princeton are an encouraging sign for our community. Beyond providing convenient services, commercial investments create local employment opportunities, support surrounding businesses, and contribute to the overall vitality of our downtown and commercial areas.
Tim Hortons' investment in Princeton was also included in the company's 2026 announcement of eight new restaurant locations planned for British Columbia, highlighting the community as part of its continued expansion across the province. Having recognizable businesses like Tim Hortons choose Princeton reinforces the importance of continued investment and confidence in our local economy.
Congratulations to the Tim Hortons team on today's grand opening! We wish them every success and look forward to seeing another familiar Canadian gathering place become part of everyday life in Princeton.
